For this purpose, we use the "Business Version" of WhatsApp. If you contact us via WhatsApp in connection with a specific transaction (such as a placed order), we store and use the mobile phone number you use on WhatsApp, as well as your first and last name, in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b. Your data will only be used for answering your inquiry via WhatsApp. There is no transfer to third parties. Please note that WhatsApp Business has access to the address book of the mobile device we use for this purpose and automatically transfers phone numbers stored in the address book to a server of the parent company Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA. For the operation of our WhatsApp Business account, we use a mobile device in whose address book only the WhatsApp contact details of those users are stored who have also contacted us via WhatsApp.
This ensures that each person whose WhatsApp contact data is stored in our address book has already consented to the transmission of their WhatsApp phone number from the address books of their chat contacts to their device by accepting the WhatsApp terms of use for the first time in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The transmission of data from users who do not use WhatsApp and/or have not contacted us via WhatsApp is therefore excluded in this respect. For the purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use of data by WhatsApp, as well as your related rights and privacy settings, please refer to WhatsApp's privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/?eea=1#privacy-policy.
Judge.me

After the review has been reviewed and approved, the data will be deleted by Judge.me. In all the aforementioned processes, personal data may also be transmitted to servers of Judge.me LLC in the USA. You can find the privacy policy of Judge.me here: https://judge.me/privacy

(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, through which we inform you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the consent declaration.
(2) For the registration for our newsletter, we use the double-opt-in procedure. This means that after your registration, we will send you an email to the specified email address, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within [24 hours], your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store your used IP addresses and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data.
(3) The only required information for sending the newsletter is your email address. The provision of additional data marked separately is voluntary and is used to address you personally. After your confirmation, we store your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

For more information about privacy at Klaviyo, please visit: http://klaviyo.com/privacy/.
(5) We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the emails sent contain web beacons or tracking pixels, which are one-pixel image files stored on our website. For the evaluations, we link the data mentioned in § 3 and the web beacons with your email address and an individual ID. With the data obtained in this way, we create a user profile to tailor the newsletter to your individual interests. We record when you read our newsletters, which links you click on in them, and deduce your personal interests from this.
Right to Object:
You can object to this tracking at any time by clicking on the separate link provided in each email or by informing us through another contact method. The information will be stored as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we store the data purely statistically and anonymously. Such tracking is also not possible if you have deactivated the display of images by default in your email program. In this case, the newsletter will not be displayed in full, and you may not be able to use all functions. If you manually display the images, the tracking mentioned above will occur.

Apple then encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before transmitting it to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay for payment processing. The encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm the success of the payment.
- If personal data is processed in the above-described transfers, the processing is carried out solely for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

- If you use Apple Pay on the iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase made through Safari on the Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate with encrypted channels on Apple servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you. You can deactivate the option to use Apple Pay on your Mac in the settings of your iPhone. (8) Use of Social Media Plugins
We use so-called social plugins ("plugins") from Instagram, operated by Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Instagram"), on our website.
We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially transmitted to Instagram. The plugin in the form of images is labeled "Follow us on Instagram." We offer you the option to communicate directly with Instagram via the button. Only if you click on the marked field and activate it, Instagram will receive the information that you have visited our website. In addition, the data mentioned under § 1 of this statement will be transmitted. By activating the plugin, personal data about you will be transmitted to Instagram and stored there (by US providers in the USA).
We have no influence on the data collected and data processing operations, nor do we have full knowledge of the extent of data collection, the purposes of processing, and the retention periods. We also do not have information about the deletion of data collected by Instagram.
When you interact with the plugin, especially by clicking on the plugin image, your browser establishes a direct connection to Instagram's servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly to your browser by Instagram and embedded in the page. By integrating the plugin, Instagram receives the information that your browser has accessed our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not logged into Instagram at the moment. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of Instagram in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into Instagram, Instagram can directly associate your visit to our website with your Instagram account. The information is also published on your Instagram account and displayed to your contacts. We recommend that you regularly log out of a social network, especially before activating the button, as this way you can avoid an association with your profile on Instagram.
Instagram stores the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or personalized design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) for the purpose of displaying personalized advertising and informing other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact Instagram to exercise this right.
For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use of the data by Instagram, as well as your related rights and privacy settings, please refer to Instagram's privacy policy: https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388/.
If you do not want Instagram to directly associate the data collected through our website with your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website. You can also completely block the loading of Instagram plugins with add-ons for your browser, such as the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).
The legal basis for using the plugins is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
(9) Online Marketing & Retargeting
(1) Facebook Pixel
- Within our online offering, we use the "Facebook Pixel" from the social network Facebook in the mode of extended data matching, which is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook").
- Based on explicit consent, when a user clicks on an advertisement we have placed on Facebook and is directed to our linked page, Facebook Pixel appends an additional parameter to the URL of our linked page. This URL parameter is then written to the user's browser via a cookie set by our linked page. Additionally, specific customer data such as email addresses that we collect on our website linked to the Facebook ad during activities like purchases, account logins, or registrations, are captured (extended data matching). Facebook Pixel reads this cookie and enables the forwarding of data, including specific customer data, to Facebook.
- With the help of the Facebook Pixel with extended data matching, Facebook can identify the visitors of our online offering as a target audience for displaying advertisements ("Facebook Ads"). Therefore, we use the Facebook Pixel with extended data matching to display our Facebook Ads only to Facebook users who have shown an interest in our online offering or exhibit certain characteristics (e.g., interests in specific topics or products determined based on visited websites) that we transmit to Facebook ("Custom Audiences"). The use of the Facebook Pixel with extended data matching also ensures that our Facebook Ads correspond to the potential interests of users and do not appear annoying. This way, we can evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad ("Conversion"). Compared to the standard version of Facebook Pixel, the extended data matching feature helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns better by capturing more associated conversions.
- All transmitted data is stored and processed by Facebook, allowing a connection to the respective user profile, and Facebook can use the data for its advertising purposes according to Facebook's data usage policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data can enable Facebook and its partners to display advertisements on and outside of Facebook.
- These processing operations are carried out solely with the explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Consent to the use of the Facebook Pixel may only be given by users who are older than 16 years. If you are younger, we ask you to seek permission from your legal guardian. The information generated by Facebook is usually transmitted to and stored on a server of Facebook, and this may involve transmission to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of withdrawal, remove the checkmark set in the "Cookie Consent Tool" embedded on the website next to the setting for "Facebook Pixel."
(2) Google Ads Remarketing
- Our website uses the features of Google Ads Remarketing, allowing us to advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”). For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in your browser, which enables interest-based advertising based on the pages you have visited, using a pseudonymous cookie ID. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Further data processing will only take place if you have consented to Google linking your Internet and app browser history with your Google Account and using information from your Google Account to personalize ads that you view on the web.
- If you are logged into Google during your visit to our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define cross-device remarketing target group lists. Your personal data will be temporarily linked with Google Analytics data in order to create target groups. As part of the use of Google Ads Remarketing, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
- For details on the processing triggered by Google Ads Remarketing and Google's handling of data from websites, please see: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites You can permanently opt out of Google Ads Remarketing by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996? Further information and Google's privacy policy regarding advertising can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/
- To the extent legally required, we have obtained your consent for the processing of your data as described above in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please disable this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website or follow the above-described option to object.
(3) TikTok Pixel
- This website uses the "TikTok Pixel," a tracking technology of the social network "TikTok" operated by TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland ("TikTok").
- Using cookies (small text files stored on the used device), information about browsing behavior on our website is collected in pseudonymized form, transmitted to TikTok, stored there, and evaluated to enable interest-based and personalized product recommendations on TikTok. The information typically includes device ID, device type, timestamp, operating system, and IP address. The information can be associated with the user's profile by using additional information stored by TikTok about the user, for example, due to ownership of an account on the social network "TikTok."
- TikTok can also link the information collected via the pixel with additional information collected by TikTok on other websites and/or in connection with the use of the social network "TikTok" to create pseudonymous usage profiles. Under no circumstances can the collected information be used to personally identify visitors to this website. The TikTok Pixel also enables us to track the effectiveness of advertisements on TikTok. If a user is redirected from an ad on TikTok to pages on this website and the cookies have not expired, the Pixel records certain predefined user actions and can trace them (e.g., completed transactions, leads, website search queries, product page views).
- When such an action is executed, your browser sends an HTTP request (request) from the cookie via the TikTok Pixel to the TikTok server, transmitting specific action information. Through this transmission, TikTok can create statistics about user behavior on our website following redirection from a TikTok ad, which helps us optimize our offering. All the above-described processes, particularly the setting of cookies to read information on the device used, are only carried out if you have explicitly given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, the TikTok Pixel will not be used during your site visit. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
- We have concluded a data processing agreement with TikTok for the use of the TikTok Pixel, obliging TikTok to protect our site visitors' data and not share it with third parties. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
