Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT):

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We apply a flat shipping rate of €4.95 per order. For orders totaling €40.00 or more, shipping is free of charge.

Deliveries to foreign countries: We charge flat shipping rates to foreign countries as follows:

  • Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary): €14.95
  • Zone 2 (France, Italy, Denmark): €16.95
  • Zone 3 (Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, rest of EU):* €19.95

For orders totaling €100.00 or more, shipping to foreign countries is free of charge.

Customs duties: Additionally, there might be further taxes or costs (such as customs duties) that could be incurred in connection with your order. These costs are not covered by us or invoiced by us. Instead, you will need to pay them directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please get in touch with the appropriate authorities for detailed information.

Delivery times: Unless otherwise indicated in the specific offer, delivery within Germany usually takes 2 - 4 days, and for foreign deliveries, it usually takes 5 - 7 days from the conclusion of the contract. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made separate agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Additional payment details: The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice through Klarna, or optionally within 30 days.

Returns & Refunds:

It's regrettable that you wish to return your ordered items, but you can certainly do so within 14 days after receipt without stating reasons. For hygiene reasons, you can only return unopened items to the following address:

To facilitate identification and further processing, please include your delivery note and mark the returned items. As per our return policy, the cost of returning the items is to be borne by you, and you must independently purchase a label for the return. Please retain the shipment number for tracking your return. After we receive and verify your return, we will refund the value of your order to the original payment method. If you need to report defective or wrongly received items, kindly begin by sending photos of the items to hello@sochili.com.
